Adhere to the time allotment for your contact lenses. Do you wear weekly lenses? Actually throw them out after seven days. Keep track of the days when you wear monthly lenses so you don’t accidentally wear them for too long. You could set a timer or alarm on your phone that will remind you to change your lenses after 30 days.
