Fixing It Up
The couple converted the truck entirely on their own. According to Iona's Facebook page, the exterior was the toughest part. They aimed to make it look like a genuine campervan, not just a truck with windows. They succeeded, as the truck looks modern and stylish both inside and out. The full transformation cost around £20,000 (€22,500). By doing everything themselves, they saved money, though they still had to purchase insulation, flooring, furniture, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
