Feeling Dizzy on a Hot Day? Here's What You Can Do

Heatstroke

Feeling dizzy on a hot day isn't always harmless. If you also experience headaches, loss of appetite, excessive sweating, cramps, rapid breathing, intense thirst, or a high body temperature, these are clear signs of heatstroke. In this case, seek shade immediately and drink plenty of (lukewarm) water. In severe cases, heatstroke can cause fainting. If someone near you loses consciousness, call emergency services.
