Want to reduce your double chin? Try these simple exercises

During commercial breaks

When you're watching TV and commercials come on, instead of just waiting, do some chin exercises. Lie flat on your sofa with your head hanging over the edge (if your sofa doesn't allow this, do it on your bed). Then, lift your head up toward your chest. Hold for a few seconds, then slowly lower your head back to the hanging position. Repeat five times. If this is too strenuous, place your hand on the back of your neck for extra support.
