Yikes, lemons are quite sour, which is why they aren't the most common fruit to eat as a snack. But that should change! By freezing the lemon, it loses some of its sourness, making it much more palatable. Plus, this yellow fruit is incredibly healthy! Lemons fight bacteria, parasites, and worms, contain substances that help prevent cancer, regulate blood pressure, and are beneficial against stress and depression.
