Time of Day Matters
Not everyone can choose when to hit the road. For instance, commuting to work is non-negotiable. However, whenever possible, avoid driving during the peak heat hours—between noon and 4 PM. Instead, drive early in the morning or wait until the temperature drops, around 5 PM. By then, the worst of the heat is over, making your drive home more relaxed and refreshing. Additionally, park your car in a shaded spot to prevent it from turning into a sauna when you return.
