This Common Sleep Habit Could Be an Early Warning Sign of Parkinson’s or Dementia

It seems harmless!

As children, we often narrated entire stories while asleep. In the morning, we could laugh about it, and it was perfectly normal. That makes sense because kids frequently talk in their sleep. Their stories usually revolved around the day’s events or, more often, were completely nonsensical. Adults, however, talk in their sleep far less. If an adult does begin talking in their sleep, it could be a serious matter: an early indicator of Parkinson’s disease or dementia.
