Raw food
To keep her slim figure, Kate Middleton reportedly consumes plenty of raw foods. She eats lots of fruits and vegetables, as well as other uncooked items. Among the Duchess's favorites are ceviche, goji berries, watermelon, and tabbouleh. During a visit to India with Prince William, they asked the hotel chef to prepare only vegetarian meals. However, they don't always stick to this—Kate has also followed a diet that included plenty of meat. When she's not on a specific diet, though, she prefers fruits and vegetables.
