Why placing a sliced lemon beside your bed can transform your sleep

The scent of lemons carries antiseptic qualities that can positively affect your mental state. Inhaling this aroma may reduce feelings of depression and anxiety, fostering a calming environment. To try this, you'll need a few lemons. Cut off the top of one lemon and stand it upright with the cut side facing up. Using a sharp knife, make two perpendicular cuts into the top, as shown in the image above, without slicing all the way through. Place the lemon in a bowl next to your bed and let its fragrance fill the air. For enhanced effect, put a bowl with a cut lemon in each corner of the room.
