4. Jewelry
Many people keep their earrings and other jewelry in the bathroom because it's near the mirror, making it easy to put them on. Unfortunately, the moisture in the air can cause jewelry to tarnish or become damaged much faster than if stored in a bedroom. Silver jewelry is especially sensitive to humidity.
