Got caught
After discovering a tray, the chef reviewed the security footage. He saw Cindy hiding in the cold store and the bag of ingredients. There was little time for Cindy to explain. The chef yelled, "You're fired!" as the front door opened. He then gave her a 15-minute lecture about his authority and why she should obey him. Cindy only half-listened, consumed by thoughts of the dire consequences of her actions.
