Little respect
Cindy had noticed that many people were not kind to the homeless man. She often saw passersby ignore him completely, sometimes not a single person would stop to talk to him all day. On occasion, people even mocked him. Once, Cindy witnessed a group of boys spitting into his cup. This behavior was hard for her to witness and understand.
