Massage technique
Reavy explains that this method can eliminate a headache within seconds. Start by placing your fingers in the groove just below your cheekbone and above your jaw. Use one or two fingertips to locate the fleshy part of the masseter muscle. This is the target area. Massage the spot with your fingers or knuckles, moving inward and downward. Apply gentle pressure while opening and closing your mouth. After a few seconds, your masseter muscle will relax, and your headache will fade away.
