2. Sort
This tip is actually part of loading the dishwasher, but it comes in handy for unloading as well: sort all of the items when you’re loading the dishwasher. Place the forks with the forks, the spoons with the spoons, and the knives with the knives. That way, you can simply put away the cutlery in one movement. Grab the spoons and put them in a drawer. The same goes for the plates. Sort the plates by size, so you can put them away in the same order.
