The Kitchenette and Dining Nook
Flowing smoothly from the lounge, the kitchenette wraps gracefully along the eastern curve of the old vat. Designing a kitchen without straight walls was a major engineering hurdle, but Julian overcame it by using flexible marine-grade plywood and custom-milled ash countertops. The outcome is a very efficient cooking space where everything—from spice racks to the mini-fridge—is neatly tucked into the wooden structure.
